Been a government office, the biggest challenge was the employee resistance to change and their fear of Technology.
Outdated Government Regulations and procedures.
With the aid of the top management, and their confidence the project was accepted and processors were altered slightly to accept electronic documents.
We implemented small methods of encouragement for the eBreeze users to keep on using the application to counter their resistance.
eBreeze was given recognition and open acceptance to help the users trust the application
The Project initially started up as a pilot project. The project presentation, and offered flexibility to change influenced by our creative Ideas to implement and develop the system was able to secure us the project through the tender process.
Through the implementation of the eBreeze project, NPS (National Productivity Secretariat)was able to cut 80% of the time spent on documentation and speed up their management processes significantly.
The most visible was the implementation of competition management system we implemented that stripped down a 3 months hard working process to a 3 and a half weeks. The NPS team had to work day and night previously to keep up to their deadlines the previous years and office filled of hand drawn charts and printed papers. the aid eBreeze provided in this the other year was highly recognized by everyone working in and with the NPS team.Ask Questions
