Bota AI A Nanobotz product
AI assistants and workflow automation
Bota AI helps teams explore AI assistants for business knowledge, customer support and routine workflows. Start with one use case and the information it may use. We agree the connections, permissions, review steps and handoff to a person before expanding it.

How rollout works
01
Discuss the workflow
Tell us how the work runs today, who uses the system and what needs to improve.
02
Confirm the fit
Review the relevant features, data, devices and integrations. We identify any gaps before agreeing the scope.
03
Agree the plan and price
Your proposal sets out the included work, costs, responsibilities, support and checks needed for launch.
04
Test with your team
Use an agreed first workflow to check the setup, train the users and decide when it is ready to launch.
price and responsibilities
Know what is included before you start
Your proposal identifies the included features, setup or development work, recurring fees, third-party costs and support. Data preparation, integrations and additional requirements can affect the work. We agree any paid discovery stage before it begins.
The plan should also state who prepares the data, tests the system, trains users and supports the launch. The timing follows that agreed scope.

All productsFrequently asked questions
Can an AI answer be wrong?
Yes. An assistant can misunderstand a question or produce an incorrect answer. We define approved sources, test representative questions and agree when a person must review or take over. Sensitive decisions should not rely on an unchecked answer.
Can it use our systems and languages?
Model, connector and language support depends on the use case. We test the exact documents, questions, channel and permissions required. A general language capability does not prove that every business term or workflow is supported.
Can data stay inside our network?
That depends on hosting, model choice, connectors and any external services. Review the full data flow and deployment requirements before agreeing where the system runs. A private installation does not automatically mean every connected service is local.
How are price and timing agreed?
We review your users, locations, features, data, integrations and support needs. The proposal separates setup or development work from recurring and third-party costs. Any paid discovery work is agreed in advance. Price and launch timing are confirmed for the scope; they are not assumed from this page.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
Bring a short description of the work, the people involved, your current tools and the main problem to solve. You can use sample or anonymised records. Do not send customer, employee or financial records through the public enquiry form.
