03

04
Test with your team
Use an agreed first workflow to check the setup, train the users and decide when it is ready to launch.
price and responsibilities
Know what is included before you start
Your proposal identifies the included features, setup or development work, recurring fees, third-party costs and support. Data preparation, integrations and additional requirements can affect the work. We agree any paid discovery stage before it begins.
The plan should also state who prepares the data, tests the system, trains users and supports the launch. The timing follows that agreed scope.

All productsFrequently asked questions
Does FinaxMate guarantee regulatory compliance?
No software product can establish an institution’s compliance on its own. Review the supported controls, calculations and reports against the obligations that apply to your organisation. Your compliance and finance teams should approve the scope and test results.
How is migration planned?
We review source data, mapping, balance checks, a parallel run where appropriate and the cutover plan. The proposal should state acceptance checks, rollback responsibilities and support before a live migration is agreed.
Who is responsible for the product and the engagement?
FinaxMate is jointly owned. The enquiry and proposal identify the responsible entities, product scope, service responsibilities and commercial terms for your engagement.
How are price and timing agreed?
We review your users, locations, features, data, integrations and support needs. The proposal separates setup or development work from recurring and third-party costs. Any paid discovery work is agreed in advance. Price and launch timing are confirmed for the scope; they are not assumed from this page.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
Bring a short description of the work, the people involved, your current tools and the main problem to solve. You can use sample or anonymised records. Do not send customer, employee or financial records through the public enquiry form.
