Follow a delivery from loading to payment
Review how your business records vehicle stock, sales, returns and collections. A connected route workflow should make it easier to investigate differences at the end of the day.
Map the route records
Start with one representative route and its paperwork or current software. Identify the records needed at each handover.

Check devices and connection failures
A route may depend on phones, printers, mobile coverage and depot access. The implementation review checks the required devices, offline behaviour and recovery steps. Do not assume an untested mobile workflow will work in every condition.
Test the end-of-day review
Use sample route activity to check that issued, sold, returned and remaining stock can be compared with invoices and collections. Agree who reviews a difference and how it is corrected before rollout.
