What is NomadLedger?

Do I need to understand accounting to use it?
No, and that is the point. Dashboards show income and expenses in plain language rather than debits and credits — but underneath, every sale, purchase and payment posts a balanced double-entry record automatically. You get a trial balance, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow on demand, without ever having touched a journal.
Can it handle sales reps selling from a vehicle?
Yes, with proper custody: stock is allocated to a rep's vehicle, the rep accepts it on their phone, invoices come off vehicle stock in the field, and end-of-shift reconciliation returns what didn't sell — with discrepancies flagged the same day. Route plans can even go out over WhatsApp.
What happens with part-payments and cheques?
Invoices track every payment against them, and cheques are held as pending until they clear — a bounced cheque never counts as money. Each invoice keeps its full payment history, and edits create a new version rather than overwriting, so the paper trail is tamper-evident.
Can my staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes. Roles cover the real jobs — billing clerk, inventory manager, field rep, read-only auditor — and each sees only what their job needs. New team members wait in a pending state until you approve them.
How is NomadLedger different from BakeryMate or POS Mate?

Can I bill international clients?

Yes. NomadLedger is the current name for the product previously published as Nanobotz Billing Lite. The feature set is the same lineage — invoicing, quotations, light inventory and agent POS — under the new name.
