Know what is included before you start

Your proposal identifies the included features, setup or development work, recurring fees, third-party costs and support. Data preparation, integrations and additional requirements can affect the work. We agree any paid discovery stage before it begins.

The plan should also state who prepares the data, tests the system, trains users and supports the launch. The timing follows that agreed scope.

Check whether it fits your business

NomadLedger is built for you if…

  • Freelancers and small businesses interested in evaluating invoicing and business-record software.
  • A team ready to review its workflow and agree a supported scope

It's probably not for you if…

  • Requirements that have not been demonstrated or agreed
  • An assumed price, feature set or launch date without a written scope

If the current product does not fit your requirements, we will explain the gap before agreeing work.

Frequently asked questions

Can I start using NomadLedger today?

Contact our team to discuss beta access. We will explain the current features, limits, setup and support before you decide whether to use it for your business.

Does it replace an accountant?

No. The product supports business records. Your accountant can help confirm opening balances, tax treatment and reporting requirements. Check that the current beta supports the records and exports you need.

How are price and timing agreed?

We review your users, locations, features, data, integrations and support needs. The proposal separates setup or development work from recurring and third-party costs. Any paid discovery work is agreed in advance. Price and launch timing are confirmed for the scope; they are not assumed from this page.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Bring a short description of the work, the people involved, your current tools and the main problem to solve. You can use sample or anonymised records. Do not send customer, employee or financial records through the public enquiry form.
