Who they are
The Ministry of Agriculture for the Western Province is a provincial government body whose day-to-day work runs on incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents — the kind of postal and record handling that historically lived entirely on paper.
The challenge
Postal and document handling was manual and paper-based. Correspondence had to be logged, routed and traced by hand, which made it slow to find a record and hard to see where anything was in the process.
What we built
We digitised the ministry's postal and document workflow using Nanobotz's paperless workflow platform — moving correspondence logging, routing and records into a structured digital system with a traceable trail on every item.
